What is included in your packages?
Each package includes individually retouched high resolution images delivered watermark free with a full printing licence. You will receive a password protected online gallery for easy viewing, downloading and sharing, plus complimentary drone coverage for aerial shots. A pre wedding meeting is included to chat through your plans, along with ongoing support during the lead up to the day. Coverage ranges from elopements and half day options in the Espresso package to full day coverage with two photographers and a fine art album in the Americano package.
Can we request specific shots?
Absolutely. During our pre wedding meeting we will go over your must have photos to make sure your gallery reflects your story. I combine your requests with natural, candid moments throughout the day.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of images depends on your chosen package:
✨ Espresso (Half Day): 500 to 600 images
✨ Mocha (Full Day): 900 to 1000 images
✨ Latte (Full Day, Two Photographers): 1400 to 1500 images
✨ Americano (Full Day, Two Photographers + Album): 1400 to 1500 images
All photos are individually retouched in my signature style.
Do you work alone or with a second photographer?
For elopements or smaller weddings I usually work solo. For full day coverage in the Latte and Americano packages, a second photographer joins me so we can capture more moments from different angles.
What happens if you are unable to photograph our wedding?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have a small group of trusted professionals who can step in. Your contract includes a full contingency plan.
Can we order prints or albums later?
Yes. Once you receive your gallery, you can order prints, albums and other products directly through the platform or by contacting me. I offer a beautiful range of bespoke coffee table books and albums.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Your retainer is non refundable but can be transferred to a new date if the wedding is rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Full details are included in your contract.
How do you deliver the final images?
Your images are delivered through a password protected online gallery where you can view, download and share them. For packages including an album, it will be produced and shipped to you once approved.
Do you edit all the photos?
Yes. Every image is individually edited by me without using AI. Each photo receives careful attention to keep the look consistent, natural and vibrant.
What is your style?
My style is candid, modern and artistic. I love clean compositions, beautiful light and real emotion. I work quietly and naturally so you can enjoy your day while I capture everything as it unfolds.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book around 18 months ahead as popular dates go quickly. If your timeline is shorter, feel free to message me to check availability.
Have you photographed our venue before?
I have photographed many venues across Scotland. If yours is new to me, that is absolutely fine, I enjoy bringing a fresh perspective. I am happy to visit it before the wedding or arrive early to scout locations.
Do you photograph all types of weddings?
Yes. I welcome weddings of all sizes, cultures, traditions and orientations. I am honoured to photograph every love story.
How long will it take to receive our photos?
✨ Engagement sessions: 2 weeks
✨ Weddings: Up to 10 weeks
We feel awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
Definitely. Most couples feel this way at first. My relaxed approach helps you ease into the session and I offer gentle guidance so you look and feel natural.
What albums or books do you offer?
I offer a curated range of albums and coffee table books with various materials, colours and finishes. Options include embossing, photo inlays, matte choices and both hardback and softbound designs.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. I have full equipment insurance, public liability and professional indemnity. Confirmation is available on request.
What are your travel fees?
For weddings more than 80 miles from Edinburgh, travel is charged at 30p per mile. For international weddings, please contact me to discuss logistics.
Do we need to provide a meal on the day?
A warm meal is always appreciated. Many venues offer supplier meals, or some couples provide a meal allowance.
How do we reserve our date?
Send me an email with your wedding date. Once we confirm availability and choose your package, I will send your contract and payment information. A £400 retainer secures your booking once the contract is signed.
